Five weeks ago I had a right total knee replacement,I was able to walk without pain and without using crutches after two weeks, My leg has healed and my scar is almost impossible to see,my muscles have improved beyond all expectations. Thanks to the physiotherapy team and all the ward staff on Dickens ward. I am so happy I am on the waiting list to have my left knee replaced by this marvellous surgeon.

I recently underwent day surgery for a meniscus tear on my right knee and usually being anxious about doctors and hospitals found I didn't need to be. I found my whole experience at Ashford Hospital, Middlesex a very positive one. All the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful during my short visit and I was especially impressed by the very personable Dr Chana who explained the procedure very well and showed me pictures of what was done afterwards for my follow up appointment, resulting in a very satisfied customer! I found Dr. Chana, to be very easy to talk to, with such a pleasant personality. He explained everything to me, so that I knew what to expect after my hip replacement. He came to see me on the ward after my op, and said that the replacement had been needed, which I found very reassuring. In all I feel that Dr. Chana is one of the most approachable doctors I have been treated by, in my 71 years, I could not have asked for more. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
